floor grinder with vacuum attachment

Cleaning up at any construction site is arguably one of the most important aspects of work. Whether you want to please customers, keep your job site organized, or strive to comply with regulations, the cleanliness of your job site requires constant effort. The Milwaukee M18 Fuel 3-in-1 backpack vacuum cleaner adopts a new design to make cleaning work easy.
Milwaukee’s latest vacuum cleaner weighs only 15 pounds, is powered by a rechargeable M18 battery system, and has multiple accessories on a convenient cloth belt.
The Milwaukee M18 Fuel 3-in-1 backpack vacuum cleaner is very suitable for quick cleaning, especially at the end of the work. It will not completely replace your wet/dry vacuum cleaner because it is not suitable for humid environments.
Imagine the situation we have all experienced. You have completed a job, it is time for the final cleanup. Your assistant is here, dragging your old, dusty shop vacuum cleaner and extension cord through the house, knocking on decorations and scratching the newly renovated floor. Not to mention that you may not have cleaned the vacuum cleaner from your last job, so the dirt and dust you fall on the floor is almost as much as the dust and dust you picked up. I believe you can understand, because if we are honest, we have all been there.
Then came Milwaukee, equipped with a cordless, quiet and powerful backpack vacuum cleaner. You quickly walk through the house, clean up your mess, collect your check, and start your next job. Milwaukee goes to great lengths to combine the functions you need in the vacuum of the construction site while getting rid of those that are not needed. Although it produces only about half of the suction power of large commercial wet and dry vacuum cleaners, it can easily handle 90% of on-site work.
Opening the vacuum package, I was immediately impressed by its structure. Although light in weight, Milwaukee does not skimp on materials. The vacuum and tank are made of high-density plastic and rubber, while the extension tube is lightweight aluminum. All flexible hoses are heavyweight rubber.
The suction tank is a one-gallon transparent container (with a HEPA filter), so you can easily see how much material is in it.
The strap is made of high-quality fabric with durable stitching and plastic buckles. The waistband has multiple elastic loops for carrying accessories.
My only complaint is the clumsy design of the wide floor attachment. It has a “J” shaped tube, which needs to be rotated 90 degrees according to the height of your vacuum. Milwaukee is not the only one with this floor nozzle design, this is just one of the things that bothers me.
The most important consideration for this vacuum cleaner is that it is only designed for dry use. Although sand, sawdust, gypsum board, and general dust are not suitable for this tool, you must drag your old wet and dry vacuum cleaner out of water or other wet materials.
For construction site applications, you can use the vacuum cleaner in any of three ways: hanging it in a fixed position, wearing it as a backpack, or carrying it with a handle. We mainly use our products in the form of backpacks.
Our vacuum cleaners come with wide and narrow attachments and are made of typical cheap plastic. During use, we found that some type of “brush” type accessory was needed to clean air-conditioning vents, cabinets and other delicate surfaces.
Milwaukee uses the M18 battery system common to other 18V tools to power its vacuum. Running the vacuum on the high setting network takes about 25 minutes of continuous use, while the low setting takes us close to 40 minutes.
Both settings are powerful enough for most ordinary vacuum cleaners, but you need to use a high setting in areas with carpet.
The on/off switch is located on the left side of the machine is inconvenient-if you are wearing a seat belt, you must be a contortionist to cycle on/off or change power settings. It’s great to see the power button move to a more convenient location for the next generation.
When using vacuum in backpack straps, weight is not an issue. The padded waist belt can put most of the weight on your hips, and the shoulder straps will be comfortable once adjusted to your position. It’s a lot like wearing a good hiking backpack. During the 25-minute test, I carried the vacuum cleaner on my back and never felt discomfort or had problems with the seat belt movement.
The vacuum cleaner costs US$299, and the kit with a 9.0 Ah battery costs US$539.00. This is not a cheap vacuum cleaner. As a cordless backpack vacuum cleaner, it itself is almost a similar product, and Makita’s HEPA backpack vacuum cleaner is its closest competitor. That one will cost you $349 for a bare metal and a pair of 5.0 Ah batteries for $549.
No, of course not. My reliable core wet/dry vacuum cleaner will always stay on my work trailer, but it will definitely be used less and less. The Milwaukee M18 Fuel 3-in-1 backpack vacuum cleaner became famous for ready-to-use construction site cleaning.
This machine will be my first choice for the second floor, final cleaning and any other small jobs. I like the light and powerful suction power, even if some small things need improvement. This is a convenient option to clean things faster without having to struggle with dropped ropes and heavy vacuum cleaners.

Do you take the time to check the accuracy of the circular saw? Do you even know you should do this? Whether you want to make a straight cut by guiding the circular saw onto a rafter square or ruler, or just cut along a line with your bare hands, even the best circular saw needs to be adjusted for accurate cutting. This means calibrating your […]
When Milwaukee first announced the launch of RedLithium batteries in 2010, they replaced the original production lines of M12 and M18 lithium-ion battery packs. Not satisfied with simply accepting a fancy name without understanding the technology behind it, we started our research. In short, Milwaukee RedLithium battery technology combines advanced electronics and temperature flexibility and control to produce […]
A few months ago, I received a call from my stepfather and was excited about the fishing kayak he bought for $100. Then there is the $20 Stihl battery-powered garden pruning shears, which many of you like. There is a Milwaukee tool scam running right now, and you need to keep your eyes open. [...]
I have encountered a situation where a toilet was installed in a home, which was offset by 15 inches from the back wall. The typical offset for most residential toilets is 12 inches. As a result, the toilet is 4 inches behind the tank. It seems that it is trying to participate in the bathroom activities, rather than […]
Milwaukee’s M18 battery has a fuel gauge integrated with the battery, so there is no need for an additional/redundant fuel gauge, but I think it might be more convenient than removing the device from the back to check the battery level. Having a second ON/OFF switch at the top would also be a good convenience feature, but again I think both of these issues are very picky. I would also like to see a brush attachment, for which I have cleared one. Great concept and function vacuum, love it!
